SCHEDULE

NOV 12

1 - 2 PM (et)

The Future of Natural Gas and Its Role in the Energy Transition

As the energy transition conversation increases exponentially, practice has shown that the evolution of energy resources, generation and consumption methods have yet to prove to be reliable and resilient. With this in mind, natural gas has the potential to be an efficient and cleaner alternative that can play a vital role in developing energy accessibility for economies, as well as to support countries' decarbonization efforts.

NOV 19

1 - 2 pm (ET)

Green Hydrogen as a Key to a Decarbonized Economy: Synergies for Pathways

As governments and companies continue to create more aggressive decarbonization goals, the expansion of the energy mix has led to prospects in ‘green hydrogen’. Join us for the second session of CEC 2021, to get a glimpse of the hydrogen economy as industry professionals and researchers discuss why it is important in the race for decarbonization.

DEC 3

1 - 2 PM (et)

The Future of the Grid: The Path to Decarbonization

"The U.S. commitment to the Net-Zero by 2050 goal has led to a higher demand for electrification of the grid by integrating renewable energy generation. The existing grid cannot meet decarbonization goals without further investment in infrastructure to ensure a stable and resilient power supply. What are the opportunities and bottlenecks in this process and how can the future grid accommodate various clean energy sources?

In this session, industry experts will focus on the necessary changes needed on the grid today in order to have a flexible, stable and clean power supply in the future."
